Short-Form Video Ad Creator/Editor for Consumer Mobile App

I’m looking for a creative video editor/producer to help create a polished short-form social ad for a consumer mobile app I’m preparing to launch. For the initial project, I’m looking to create a~30–45 second vertical video ad for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms. The video will combine: Screen recordings / UI footage of the app Motion graphics and animated app elements Lifestyle/UGC-style footage of people using the app Additional lifestyle/B-roll footage related to the experience the app supports Text overlays, music, transitions, and other creative elements I can provide app access, product context, messaging, and general creative direction/storyboard. I’m looking for someone who can take those ingredients and turn them into a compelling, professional short-form ad. I’d also like help determining what additional footage is needed and sourcing/licensing or creating appropriate lifestyle and B-roll footage rather than needing to provide every asset myself. I’m open to creative input and would prefer someone who understands what makes a strong social ad and can contribute ideas, rather than simply executing editing instructions. Initial Deliverables 1 polished ~30–45 second vertical master ad A few alternate opening hooks using the same core creative 1 shorter ~15–20 second cutdown Final files formatted for major vertical social platforms If the first project goes well, there is potential for ongoing work creating additional ads and creative variations.
