Job Description
Creative Partner, Content + Social Remote • 10 to 20 hours per week Compensation: $2,000 to $4,000 per month, depending on experience and fit Hi! I’m Tammi. I’m 40 years old and live in San Francisco. My Instagram handle is I’m building a female-founded research-use-only peptide company and a personal brand around women’s health, beauty, skincare, fashion, makeup, and becoming the best version of yourself. I love the intersection of science, wellness, quiet luxury, and looking and feeling your best. I’m looking for a creative partner. Not just someone to edit videos. Someone who sees content everywhere. Someone who thinks: “That would be great on TikTok.” “That’s an X thread.” “We need to film this.” If building something from zero sounds exciting, we should talk. What you’ll do • Turn conversations into content. • Edit TikToks, Reels, and short-form videos. • Write X posts and threads. • Brainstorm hooks and content ideas. • Plan content each week. • Keep me consistent and accountable. • Test ideas and figure out what works. You might be a great fit if… • You’re obsessed with TikTok and X. • You have amazing taste. • You love ChatGPT, Claude, CapCut, Canva, Descript, and AI tools. • You’re into beauty, skincare, fashion, wellness, makeup, lookmaxing, and/or women’s health. • You move fast and take initiative. Bonus points if you’ve worked with: • Personal brands. • Creators. • Beauty or skincare brands. • Wellness or healthcare companies. • Luxury or lifestyle brands. I don’t care where you went to school. I care about your creativity, taste, curiosity, and ability to make every idea better. If you want to help build a premium brand from the ground up and be part of something people will know in a few years, I’d love to meet you. To apply • Your portfolio or favorite work. • Two or three creators you admire. • A short Loom introducing yourself. • Anything else that makes me think, “I have to meet this person.” If you’re looking for another editing gig, this probably isn’t for you. If you’re excited to help build something special from day one, let’s talk.
