Beauty Ambassador Program Manager - $343/month

HEYKIZ is a growing French cosmetics brand specializing in innovative beauty products. We are seeking an organized, thorough, and proactive professional to manage and develop our ambassador program. You will play a key role in brand growth by recruiting and supporting content creators through video publication. You will oversee all aspects of the affiliate and ambassador program. Daily responsibilities include sourcing new UGC creators on Instagram and TikTok, initiating outreach via direct messages, presenting the ambassador program, answering creator questions, onboarding new ambassadors, and monitoring production timelines. You will maintain tracking spreadsheets in Google Sheets and organize Google Drive folders for program management. You will collaborate with team members to ensure quality content delivery and propose improvements to the program. This is a remote position requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple creator relationships simultaneously.
