Social Media Content Creator (Reels, Photos & Captions) for Growing Specialty Coffee Brand

We run a growing specialty coffee business ("Just Good Coffee") based in South Australia, supplying online customers and local B2B accounts. We are looking for a reliable, creative remote social media assistant to help us maintain a consistent, active online presence across Instagram and Facebook. This is a monthly, ongoing partnership designed for long-term collaboration. As our local accounts and online store scale up, we plan to increase our content volume and budget over time. Key Responsibilities: - Reels Editing: Edit raw short-form video clips (espresso pulls, bean bagging, order packing, deliveries) into engaging Instagram Reels using CapCut or Premiere Pro, incorporating dynamic captions and trending audio cues. - Photo Editing: Color-correct and touch-up product and lifestyle photos to maintain a warm, high-end specialty coffee aesthetic. - Caption Writing: Write engaging captions, calls-to-action, and relevant hashtag sets in fluent English that match a friendly, local, specialty coffee brand voice. - Content Delivery: Organize and deliver finished assets in weekly batches via Google Drive or a content calendar. Initial Scope & Budget: - Volume: Aiming for ~3 posts per week (including at least 1 Reel per week, plus photo posts). - Budget: $50 – $65 USD (~$75 – $100 AUD) per month starting retainer, with room to scale as the business grows. What We Are Looking For: - Proven experience or a portfolio showing short-form video editing (Reels/TikTok) and photo touch-up. - Strong written English skills for engaging social media copy. - Reliability, good communication, and a desire for a long-term, growing working relationship.
