AI UGC Video Creator & Editor - Follow strictly to our SOP

We’re hiring AI video creators/editors to produce realistic UGC-style advertisements for our e-commerce brands. We provide training videos, a detailed SOP, scripts and product references. You must follow our workflow strictly, including the tools, reference preparation, prompting, generation settings and quality checks. Your responsibilities Watch the training in full and follow the SOP before starting. Create realistic AI characters and select suitable performance references. Generate videos that follow the script, scene instructions and product actions accurately. Check facial consistency, lip sync, natural movement, hands and product details. Identify mistakes, revise prompts and regenerate where necessary. Complete editing, captions, audio, colour adjustments and exports according to the SOP. Keep prompts, references, versions and project files organised. Who we’re looking for Experience with AI video generation and CapCut or similar editing software. Familiarity with Higgsfield, Seedance, ChatGPT/Claude and upscaling tools is preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions. Good judgment about what makes a video look natural rather than obviously AI-generated. Willingness to revise, communicate clearly and apply feedback. Trial task We will select several candidates for an initial trial. You will receive our training, SOP, script and references, then create the first 15 seconds of an assigned ad. You will revise the work based on feedback until it meets the SOP and quality requirements, within the trial scope agreed before starting. Higgsfield account will be provided. Submit: The 15-second video. The prompts, references and generation settings used. A completed SOP checklist. We will assess SOP adherence, realism, script accuracy, product consistency and how effectively you apply feedback. Submitting a first draft alone does not mean the trial is complete. Will only reply back to candidate that replied 'BLUE' in the pm box. Successful candidates may be offered ongoing work.
