Part-Time DTC Growth Lead, Luxury Fashion, $230/mo

Morin Dawa is a global DTC luxury startup launching high-end scarves and shawls crafted from 100% pure organic, 15.5-micron Grade-A cashmere sourced from the Alxa Highlands of Inner Mongolia. We are seeking an entrepreneurial Part-Time Growth Lead to build and execute our global organic growth engine from zero to one. Key responsibilities include influencer and creator seeding across Instagram and TikTok, PR and media pitching to global fashion press and luxury publications, SEO and content growth to build organic search presence, email marketing via Klaviyo to develop subscriber acquisition funnels, and full-funnel growth strategy with conversion tracking and customer acquisition optimization. Candidates must be fluent in written English for outreach and press communications, possess a high taste level aligned with Western luxury brand aesthetics, and be preferably China-based or located in Hohhot. Compensation includes a $230/month fixed base stipend plus 10% direct sales commission, 5% growth override, and 5% net profit share pool.
