About us Hala Rabbit is an AI app that helps people practice speaking English, with 300k+ downloads on the App Store and Google Play. We run a TikTok creator program: native creators post one short funny skit a day with our AI rabbit tutor. It went viral in Asia and we are expanding to Thailand and Taiwan. We are hiring 2 people: 1 for Thailand and 1 for Taiwan. What you will do - Find and recruit native TikTok creators in your country, Thailand or Taiwan (target: 10 active creators each month) - Send our demo brief, review demo videos with our checklist, onboard new creators - Check every day that creators post and follow our process (scripts, banner, subtitles, first-3-videos review) - Manage creators and sync with me every week on creator performance Who you are - Native Thai or Taiwanese, living in the country, can communicate in English - Experienced in miniKOL / influencer outreach or creator management (TikTok is a plus) - Organized, replies within one business day - Want freelance work, about 10-15 hours a week - You focus on the goal and execute fast What success looks like (each month) - 10 active creators recruited and onboarded in your country - Every new creator: demo brief sent, demo video reviewed with our checklist, first 3 videos reviewed - Daily posting and process check done for all active creators, logged in our shared tracker - Weekly sync with a short report: posts per creator, views, issues and next actions Pay Fixed monthly base of $300 + bonus on creator performance (number of creators you recruit and manage per month). Paid monthly through Upwork. Process Short call -> NDA -> ongoing.
