We're looking for a reliable researcher and scriptwriter for a potential long-term collaboration. Monthly Deliverables 4 long-form YouTube scripts per month, each designed for an 8–12 minute video. 30 YouTube Shorts scripts per month, each designed for 15–30 seconds. Source links for factual claims, relevant clips, interviews, and background information. Strong hooks, engaging storytelling, and clear, concise writing suited to each format. Topic suggestions based on relevant trends and audience interest. Responsibilities Research viral topics, streamer moments, creator stories, controversies, and internet trends. Verify information using reliable sources and distinguish confirmed facts from allegations or speculation. Find original interviews, clips, and supporting sources wherever possible. Write compelling long-form scripts with strong openings, logical story progression, and satisfying endings. Write short, punchy Shorts scripts that capture attention immediately and deliver the payoff within 15–30 seconds. Study reference videos and improve their storytelling and structure without copying their scripts or wording. Suggest creative angles that make stories more engaging and original. Deliver scripts on schedule and implement reasonable feedback. Requirements Previous experience writing YouTube scripts, preferably in streamer culture, entertainment, or internet trends. Strong research, fact-checking, and storytelling skills. Understanding of audience retention, hooks, pacing, and short-form content. Natural, conversational English. Ability to provide source links and produce original work rather than submitting unreviewed AI-generated scripts. Paid Test Project Shortlisted candidates will complete a paid test consisting of: A source-backed research document for one creator-related topic. An outline for an 8–12 minute YouTube video. A complete long-form script with a strong opening hook. Three alternative hooks for 15–30-second Shorts. We'll evaluate research quality, accuracy, originality, storytelling, and communication.
