You'll receive clear posting frameworks, professional training, creative direction, and support from team leads. This is a results-driven role where consistency and output directly impact your earnings through monthly performance bonuses. Compensation includes a guaranteed base of $500 per month plus performance bonuses based on viral content, with top performers earning up to $1,500 monthly. You must commit to full-time remote work for at least four months, have strong English communication skills, experience creating TikTok content, and proficiency with video editing and illustration tools.
