Dutch Videographer – Recurring Shoots – $500–$1,200/day

Flashbook.app is seeking a hands-on videographer to manage end-to-end shoot production on a recurring monthly basis. You will receive scripts, example videos, and shot lists, with flexibility to provide feedback and adapt content to your local context. The role involves sourcing actors, locations, and props; arranging and filming shoot days (6–10 short-form videos per day depending on complexity); and delivering raw files with subtitle feedback. Responsibilities include leveraging your network to source talent and equipment cost-effectively, arranging shoots within tight timelines, and managing all production logistics. Compensation is a fixed rate per shoot day (typically $500–$1,200 depending on complexity), with bonus incentives for faster turnaround: $100 for 7 days, $75 for 10 days, or $50 for 14 days. The first test project offers $800 all-in (including bonus potential) for 6 videos.
