Job Description
Frame Destination makes custom picture frames, mats and museum-grade glazing by hand in Garland, TX, and ships them across the US using our e-commerce website. Our customers range from DIYers framing family photos to photographers, artists and interior designers who order from us every month. We're launching YouTube/Shorts (Google Demand Gen) and Meta ads, and we need a creator to build our ad creative library from scratch. This is a remote role open to creators anywhere in the US. You'll: - Concept, shoot and edit short-form ads for YouTube in-stream, YouTube Shorts and Instagram/Facebook Reels, Stories and Feed. - Produce in modular batches: several hooks and variants per concept, delivered in 9:16, 4:5, 1:1 and 16:9, plus static image ads. - Turn our product into scroll-stopping visuals: glare vs non-glare glazing side by side, before/after framing reveals, our online frame builder in action, and behind-the-scenes workshop moments (using on-site footage we send you on request). - Run two creative tracks: consumers (home decor, gifting, DIY) and trade (photographers, artists, designers). - Review performance data with us every two weeks and iterate: cut what loses, remix what wins. You have: - A portfolio of paid social or YouTube ads for DTC or e-commerce brands, ideally with results you can share. - Strong vertical editing: captions, pacing, hooks that land in 2 seconds. - Product photo and video skills, including reflective surfaces like glass and acrylic. - Comfort scripting and directing UGC-style content. - Working knowledge of Meta and Google Demand Gen asset specs. - A US address we can ship product to, and the ability to shoot it at home from the customer's point of view: unboxing, hanging, living with it. Bonus: home decor, art or craft brand experience; motion graphics; voiceover. Engagement: project-based contract. We start with a paid test project, then scope each batch as a fixed-price project. Strong work earns repeat projects. First deliverables are due before the holiday season. To apply: send 3 ads you made that ran with paid spend, what you'd test first for a framing brand, and your rate (per asset or per project).
