Short-Form Video Editor for Multi-Video Project

NEEDED: Short-Form Video Ad Editor Capable of 24-Hour Turnaround This is an opportunity for ongoing work, not a one time project. My company creates batches of videos several times a month, ranging from 1-8 minutes in length (after editing). If you're a good fit, I'd love to work with you long-term and provide you with a steady flow of projects every month. My top priorities are QUALITY & SPEED. I'm looking for someone who is able to edit quickly (same day or next day) and does not require corrections/re-edits. OUR PROCESS: Stage 1 (Application): Apply for the job, provide examples of your past work, and explain why you're the best editor for this role. Stage 2 (Test Project): If selected, you'll need to complete a test project so we can judge your quality of work and turnaround time. This will be a paid editing sample 20-30 seconds long. Stage 3: (Ramp Up): If selected, we will start providing you editing projects that are paid on a per-project basis. And if we're happy with your ongoing work, we will continue providing you bigger and more frequent projects. Step 4 (Promotion): If we're a good fit long-term, we may offer you a full-time position on our team (or you may continue on a per-project basis if you prefer that). NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS: Experience editing short-form videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok Portfolio showing short-form video examples - do NOT provide long-form content Fluent in both written and spoken English - we do not tolerate spelling mistakes in captions or graphics. We need someone who's able to execute at a high-level with minimum instruction - we don't want to hold your hand through each project. Proven ability to hit fast deadlines - if you're unable to produce the 30-second sample the same-day or next day, we won't consider you., Responsive and clear communication - if your replies are delayed or we need to follow up with you during the application process, we will not consider you for this role.
