Fashion Creative Producer | Dubai | $6000

WinMedia is seeking a UAE-based Creative Producer to own end-to-end production of a creator-led fashion campaign in Dubai. You will manage all aspects from creative brief interpretation through final shoot execution, including casting, pre-production planning, crew coordination, location scouting, travel logistics, vendor management, and on-set direction. This is a full ownership role requiring both strong production management skills and a creative eye for fashion content that feels native to social platforms. You'll oversee creator management, production crews, locations, transportation, hospitality, scheduling, and shoot-day execution while ensuring content maintains the polished, high-aesthetic standards WinMedia is known for. The role combines operational excellence with creative direction, drawing inspiration from creator-led campaigns from brands like PrettyLittleThing, Adanola, and MESHKI. If this initial production succeeds, WinMedia intends to develop this into a longer-term Creative Producer or Creative Director position overseeing fashion and beauty campaigns. This is a $6000 fixed-rate project for the Dubai production.
