UGC Video Creator - Construction Manpower, Rate TBD

Corbin Manpower Solutions is seeking a UGC creator to produce short-form video content for their electrical staffing and manpower solutions business. The company provides licensed electricians to electrical contractors and general contractors for commercial, industrial, data center, and solar projects. You will create a single 15-30 second vertical video in talking-head style with light b-roll, featuring natural and confident performance while wearing hard hats, safety vests, workwear, or polo shirts. The content should have a construction or blue-collar aesthetic and will address contractors and project managers about manpower shortages and solutions for hiring licensed electricians without managing the burden of onboarding, payroll, and layoffs. Access to a jobsite-looking or industrial background is preferred. Deliverables include one edited final video with 1-2 hooks. Please provide your rates for both organic social usage and paid/whitelisting usage separately.
